Our Services Physician Rollout

The Referring Physician Rollout Program is an optional service where INFINITT provides a Certified Applications Specialist to work with the customer’s marketing people. Together they will visit referring physician’s offices to help set up users, and to train them to log in and navigate their way around the PACS viewer. In most cases, this training takes less than 30 minutes.

Training includes:

• How to acquire images from the web server
  
• How to access reports electronically
  
• How to print locally or burn exams to CD/DVD
  
• How to request films or prior exams when available
  
• How to use magnification, zoom, windowing, and other tools

This service has been received well by the referring physicians’ staff and has had a favorable effect on referral volumes.
