INFINITT releases advanced system monitoring system for RIS/PACS/3D Customers
PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — April 15, 2008 -
INFINITT North America, a technology leader in web-based image and information management solutions, today announced its release of the OMNI I.T.S advanced, remote-monitoring solution to optimize performance and reliability of its single-database RIS/PACS/3D.
With OMNI I.T.S, INFINITT can monitor the customer’s system performance remotely and in real time. It provides a comprehensive picture of system status by scanning log files, analyzing configurations and running commands and queries. INFINITT can also program it to actively fix, patch and update applications. All activities are tracked and documented.
“OMNI I.T.S is a customizable software application that enables our technical support team to ‘be there’ virtually for our customers, 24 x 7,” said Ed Fisher of INFINITT. “INFINITT Technical Support works with the customer to predefine which diagnostics the system will run. The site administrator controls access and authorization.”
When the system detects the start of a problem, it will automatically diagnose it and collect the data necessary to minimize resolution time. It can also be self-healing: recurring issues can be identified and fixed without human intervention.
